IT'S NOT TO OFTEN THAT YOU CAN GO INTO A DEALERSHIP AND NOT BE HOUNDED BY AGGRESSIVE SALES PEOPLE, MARK CANNON WAS NOT AGGRESSIVE AT ALL. HE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE WE GOT THE JET SKIS WE WANTED AND TOLD US ABOUT EVERY JET SKI RMS HAD TO OFFER. MR. CANNON MADE US FEEL LIKE FAMILY, EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T GET APPROVED THAT SATURDAY (MAY 14, 2005) HE STILL CALLED US THAT FOLLOWING TUESDAY TO KEEP US INFORMED AND TO SEE IF WE HAD ANY OTHER QUESTIONS. WE CAME IN ON MAY 19, 2005 TO GET EVERYTHING SET-UP AND PICKED UP OUR NEW JET SKIS ON FRIDAY (MAY 20, 2005) AS PROMISED. MR CANNON IS IN A CLASS ALL BY HIMSELF. WE WILL BE RMS BUYERS FOR LIFE.
