Receptions do not relay all the information and Please Don't call if you feel it is an emergency 1/7/2006

Under normal circumstances they are Fantastic! However... If you feel it is an emergency.... Don't call if it 15 minutes before closing. Don't call if they are moving to a facility during normal business hours, even though they continue to answer the phones. Most of all Beware of the information the receptionist relays to the doctors! The Saturday receptionists are also unable to write. They could not leave a message for Dr. B to call me because he was at the new facility and unreachable for the next goodness knows how many hours and days. Dr. M was in the facility but refused to talk to me or see my pup because if she needed x rays or surgery they would not be able to do that today. But how would he even know that without seeing her is beyond me. Dr. L is a great vet, Dr. B is wonderful, puts his patients first, truly cares about them. Wouldn't take my worst enemy to Dr. M. more
