I've been a patient at SMA for many years and have received nothing but excellent care. With their retainer-based model, you pay a monthly fee that covers anything they can provide in the office -- unlimited office visits, some x-rays, basic lab work, annual exams, immunizations and an annual flu shot. My cost works out to be a bit more than I would pay as a co-pay on my insurance, but I think it's well worth it. I feel that going to this model has increased their accessibility and the amount of time the doc's are able to spend with you.
