Sometimes I sit there and think about why I didn't call these people earlier. My wife was nagging me for months about a lock that was sticking on the back door. I just kept lubricating the damn thing. But eventually, there was a part that must have snapped off because the lock started to rattle and wouldn't close all the way. So I gave these guys a call and they came out and replaced the lock. Afterward, the tech said that there was a small screw that came loose and that if it were tightened when the problem first happened, i wouldn't have needed a replacement lock. Well, I didn't tell her about that, but next time I have a problem I'll just get it taken care of right there and then!
