Fire of Brazil offers an upscale buffet with items such as fresh salmona nd capers, artichoke hearts, paella, mussels, fresh pesto mozzarella, and other fresh and mostly organic menu. I have been twice, and have never left still hungry. I've only left room for dessert once...as the creme brulee is to die for! Perfectly crystallized topping! The garlic steak is sooooo good too! You can get unlimited amounts of meat as the garcons walk around with skewers of meats to slice at your request. A little pricy, but completely worth the taste and flavor. Great for special events!
