Oriental Trading is our absolute favorite site for great deals on birthday and classroom treats. Our budget is usually between $2 and $3/guest and we've given bandanas and straw cowboy hats along with stickers and western beads at a pony party last year, and this year we had kits to make princess hats, magic wands and paper swords and shields. For Haloween we're giving "create a monster" stickers and bubbles for $.50/child at school. We've also gotten great decorations and costumes.
