I really hate doing this because the person on the phone was super nice and accommodating - however once they got here they could not re key my lock and told me I had to replace it ! WTF ? I'm just gonna go and buy myself a new lock and install it myself it will end up being much cheaper then getting them to come over and do it for you. Too bad.
