When I call the animal hospital about my cat, Vicky, who answered the phone, was VERY rude and proceeded to hang up on me. I would NEVER recommend this animal hospital to anyone. First impressions say a lot and my first impression of this animal hospitalis VERY POOR!! How sad that someone in the professional business doesn't even know how to act professional!!
