I have just a few blacklisted vendors in my book, but this is one of them.
I had a need for extensive dental work and I was very clear with both the front office staff as well as the dentist that I would not authorize any work not covered by my insurance.
Both assured me that they would only perform work covered by my insurance. That was not true. They provided work and charges excessive of my insurance's pre-approved costs and have spent the last 3 years trying to collect. They can keep trying.
Merchants who provide bait and switch in the service industry are harder to track than in the retail industry...but this is one who got caught...don't do business with them.
