For months, I had been hearing buzz about Solano Cellars. According to several of my friends, it is the only place to go for high-end wines (or even harder to find affordable wines) in the East Bay Area. So, when I was invited to a party that required me to bring a Tuscan wine in the $20 range, I decided to try Solano Cellars out for myself. I was not disappointed. Their selection is impeccable, and the knowledge of their staff first-rate. I described what I needed and was immediately led to their best option, which indeed proved to be more sophisticated and drinkable than selections brought by other guests. I will definitely be returning.
