I suppose my first experience at Triple Rock was ok, but it didn't leave me anxious to come back. Here's why:
1) I was with a large group, and the one server who was assigned to us was never to be found. Despite this, we were turned away every time we tried to order from the bar (and told that we needed to order from our server). This meant that I went drink-less for long periods of time.
2) They refused to let us split up the bill.
and
3) I tried several of their home-brewed beers (including IPAX and Bug's Juice), and all were fine, but none were memorable.
At the same time, however, it's a great space and the garlic fries were excellent. So, while I can't give it a full endorsement, I don't think there's any reason to stay away either.
