I've only been to the Redmond Town Center Foot Zone. The stuff they have is good. You won't find any bad products. The selection, however, is usually pretty sparse. I've made trips there several times only to be disappointed when they were out of stock of the product or my size (I still haven't learned to call ahead).
The staffers at Footzone seem to know a lot about running but have not been real forthcoming with their knowledge when asked. I haven't seen a whole lot of enthusiasm for the crew when it comes to recommending products or volunteering help.
Discounted prices are rare at Footzone and when there have been sales and/or discounts they've been out of my sizes. I did, however, get a good deal on Brooks Beasts during their 1/year sale.
If you're looking for good, expert advice you're better off at Super Jock 'N Jill, Sound Sports or the Seattle Running Company. If you're looking for good prices, then you're better off buying on-line or at Road Runner Sports in Green Lake.
