I was pleased to see that they had different waiting areas for sick kids and well kids. I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes since they are all in the same building anyway, but I like that it lessens the chance of picking up a bug. I also found the staff to be very friendly and understanding. They were concerned about us and our daughter, and treated her with respect. The only down side was that we waited a long time in the exam room for the doctor to come in after we had been taken back by the nurse. Long waits in those rooms are no fun with an upset child!
