I spoke to someone at Handyman Matters two different times about a couple of jobs I wanted done around my house. During the second phone call, the woman I spoke to was very friendly and talked to me about the things I needed to consider in relation to having my ceiling patched and laying a patio. After a lengthy conversation, she told me she would have to talk to her boss about whether they could lay a patio the size I wanted, and that she would call me back the next day to let me know and to schedule the two jobs that I was interested in. That was over a week ago, and I have yet to receive a follow up call. I have not called them back because I don't trust a company that doesn't call when they say they are going to.
