I went here for a newborn screening test for my son. The audiologist was very soft spoken and very patient with me and my children. She worked in a way to make sure my son was not bothered and she also worked very hard to make sure my older daughter was happy. Since we had a hard time keeping everyone quite for the test, she had to take a bit longer than needed with us. However, she never seemed agitated or frustrated; she just kept trying the test and kept trying to encourage silence.
