Yes, it is true if you verbally attack our staff, I will send your records and ask you to see another hospital. We strive to deliver the highest quality medicine, at affordable professional fees and hire only the top graduates of each class from Baker or MSU School of Veterinary Technology. I assure you, no business survives by repeatedly "firing" good clients. It's a pity that only the angry, irrational sides of these accountings get published on these web sites.
