Appointment was made 1 week prior and the time frame was adjusted once due to a prior job delay (which can be expected). When the installer arrived he was friendly and got right to work getting the job done efficently and in a timely manner. My only concern was an extension cord from the water heater that needed to be plugged in permanently.
