I went into Starbucks on my way to work and I ordered my usual coffee but also bought a gift card. Well, as I was waiting for someone to even get started on my coffee, this lady who was right behind me was buying several gift cards so that took a while. I just patiently waited and the wait time may have only been about 5-7 minutes or so but after the guy was done wtih her, he came around the counter, gave me a free drink slip and said he was very sorry about my wait. I was very impressed with the customer service and the coffee was awesome, as usual.
