This has had to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When I checked in the front desk clerk was rude and very snobby. I got up to my room and there was no water, front desk said the water would be on in about a hour. I stuck it out for way over a hour and went out to dinner. Three hours later after I returned there was still no water and a horrible groaning noise coming from the walls. The downstairs pool and jacuzzi were also closed. I ended up leaving and demanding my money back and going to real hotel.
