A lovely retirement home with the ease of being off Rt. 30 by-pass. Convient to Brandywine Hospital. This community offers ownership of Condominium, a dept free community, and a wide variety of Life Care Plans. The village is located across the street from Friendship Elementary School and many of the residents can feel welcome at the school to help assist teachers or to help the students learn. Also the student visit the village. A nice plus for everyone. At the school time passing of the buses the road is packed with traffic. Other then that pitfall it is a great place to live. The place is well kept and beautiful inside. Distance from Philadelphia is only 45 minutes.
