i have found that the employees of anchor pools are very helpful in learning how to care for your pool or spa. we have just recently purchased a spa and it has been pretty difficult learning how to care for it but they have been more than helpful with this issue! they help us with what chemicals to buy and how much to add, etc. they are awesome!!
