A really, really good bagel store; lines are always long, but service is good so the wait is never long and well worth it. However, they never seem to have enough of their unique flagels. No matter what time of day you go (and believe me, I've tried many different times) they always seem to run out before you get to place your order. Especially the everything flagels, they're never to be had.
Suggestion: Instead of making one tray of flagels have 2 in case and another in the back. Obviously they cannot, or choose not to, keep up with the demand.
