Very very Poor Management 7/2/2011

Good: They have a swimming pool. Bad: Management is terrible. The billing office does not return calls and they continue to bill an inactive account at the same time sending collections after u s when they are simply not billing the correct account. And yet there is no way to communicate with them. I am trapped in the land of OZ and it is a nightmare. We have been members for several years and now I am joining the throngs of the angry ..oh please save yourself. Don't go near this unethical gym!. Improvements: A way to communicate. Improved customer service. Civility. Intelligence.. Other: There is no way I can share how horribly we have been treated. This is just a terrible management system and the customer service is beyond wretched.. more
