As suggested by the great name of this store, their specialty is science fiction, mystery, fantasy, adventure books. Authors like Ray Bradbury have special events/signing at this shop. The bookstore has an aged/antique/homey feel to it which makes it a great place to just hang out and read the books. You'll usually see the owner with his big dog (usually dosing off..the dog that is) which adds to the homey feel. They also have a lot of older VHS tapes. I was able to find an old Ramona tv show VHS tape (the one with a young Sarah Polley) for only $5. Such a great find as I hadn't seen that show in ages!
