I can't really recommend SmileCare. A different dentist sees you every time you come in so the level of care isn't really there. The office staff is so-so. You don't really feel too welcomed maybe because they're busy or don't like dealing with patients on a daily basis. Some times you feel they're not paying attention to you. One major annoyance was that when I make an appointment with them, they'd take x-rays and have a dentist exam you. However they make you schedule another appointment for a cleaning. I suspect it's partly to get you to do the other lucrative recommended service like deep cleaning and fillings.
They also keep pushing you to get ortho with them even though their orthodontist is really someone they contract with who comes in once a week. When I did come in for my free consultation, I ended up waiting a total of 2 hours. So I can only imagine the wait for ortho service if you did decide to sign up. The ortho who examined me actually had her own practice.
