Good: The store was clean and organized.. Bad: Couldn't find an employee to help. It's a big store and I found everyone in the back warehouse.. Improvements: I've been in there many times and the staff doesn't seem that knowledgeable. I will continue to go because Fortuna is so small there is no where else to go. Maybe the could hire more people or at least have more people on the floor..
