cons: dirty, loud, poor construction, less than ideal management. people put their garbage everywhere, slightly higher than market rents, lots of kids and familys here. loud at pool especially. boring landscape, in a wetlands.
pro: decent amount of parking, large apartments, decent location, right off 164th/hwy 99 not too far from freeway I-5.
