Blind Faith is a wonderful vegetarian restaurant. I am not even a vegetarian but I love this place. It is classy, refined and I have never had a bad meal here.
Like most folks, I tend to eat too much meat. I will never be a vegetarian but I know I will be much healthier if I eat more whole grains and other non-meat sources of protein.
Coming to Blind Faith is a great solution. Try the seitan, which is a delicious meat substitute. Of course beans and rice form a complete protein, especially good when eaten with corn bread.
They have beautiful salads here, frequently using organic ingredients. Enjoy the lovely artwork too.
Try the twig tea too, both for alliteration and instead of coffee or regular black tea:)
