I lived in Jacksonville for a year and a half before trying this place, and I certainly wish I had gotten to it sooner. Casbah has a nice selection of Middle Eastern cuisine and an extensive tobacco list for their hookahs. The mint tea is incredible and the outdoor patio is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sun while smoking on a hookah and eating falafel.
