They are set up to handle your kids first haircut-they give you a picture with your first appointment. I use them all the time for my younger kid, however I stopped taking my older kid since his haircut went from $20 to $25 to $30 for a half hour cut (I now take him to a real salon for $30, but he gets a full hour and his haircuts last longer, more layered).
This place is good for toddlers but when the price starts raising up, it's time to move on.....
