Had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms in July 2007. Started noticing wrinkles a month ago. Called and the owner told me no problem I will send my guys over to fix. His guys showed up and informed me that it would be 35.00 a rooom to repair what is clearly a substandard installation job. Had the carpets been installed properly the wrinkes would not have happened. I will not be allowing them to make the repairs at any cost and will instead go to a reputable installer.
