This visit was another really positive experience for me at Hidy Honda. I have such confidence in this service department! I was immediately greeted, and continued to be greeted by other employees in the hall and in the waiting area. John was my service advisor for this trip. I just think he's great. He's very profesionnal and made sure I knew what to expect, plus John followed up with me when he said he would. I really appreciate the transportation service. The drivers were professional, timely and safe. I enjoyed talking with both of them. They know how to talk with customers. I also like getting a follow up phone call after the service. Plus Chris, the service manager, called me personally. I'm certain he has 2 million other things going on.... overall, a great experience and I will definitely be back.
