Worst experience ever! 6/29/2011

Good: The cars. Bad: them not checking in with me when I put a deposit down. And when I wanted my money back they hung up in me! They Sao Friday it would be in my account it's 3 days later ( not including sat & sun) still no money back in my account! They said they do pay roll on Fridays, when I called and wanted proof they put in my account it said they did it that day I was on the phone with then Which was a Tuesday!. Improvements: they need to learn how to talk o eachother and making their customers run around them! & call back!. Other: I went in looking for a Kia soul. This was a bad idea when I put money down and they told me since they have nothing on their lot they will look other places for me. A week later still no phone call! They didn't remember who I was or how much I put down which I kinda understand there's slot of people, but I wanted a car asap & they took their sweet time. I went in and got my depoist money down on June 13 it's now the 30 and still no money in my account! They also hung up on me twice! Never again. more
