I've been taking my jewelry to Bill Brown's shop for over a year now. He's replaced watch batteries, cleaned rings, custom ordered necklaces and fixed many other pieces I or a family member have broken. The shop is in the center of downtown Willoughby, with plenty of street parking or a large lot in the back. He's got great hours and an up and coming web site. Not only is his work superb, he's not expensive and it's quick. I've never purchased one of his custom designed pieces, but I do have a definite wish list.
