We enjoyed visiting South Beach Campground and staying in Yurt. Avid campers, we were not sure what to expect from our Yurt experience, but we LOVED it. No set up or take down of the campsite. The yurts are newer, well built, heated and have beds, tables and chairs… nice after a day at the beach to have a warm dry place to warm up and clean up. The South Beach site is open with little trees, but right next to the beach. A short trail leads you to the sand and at your campsite you can enjoy the sounds of the waves.
