Even though we have moved all the way to Gresham, we still use Jim Nelson for all our insurance needs. I have only had the pleasure of speaking to Jim himself a few times; most of my interactions are with his staff. All three women who work for him are excellent. They listen to your concerns and do everything they can to help you. We have life, home and auto insurance with State Farm through Jim Nelson and have always received wonderful service and rates.
