I asked for an estimate on finishing off my Basement and the first guy that came out said he'd have to send another guy to take a closer look making me take off work again for them to stop by. The second guy was supposed to be to my house the next day "first thing". Apparently first thing is 1145am to Roman. Then, when I do get someone there for an estimate, I never get it. Its been weeks and I've heard nothing. These guys aren't good on follow up or considerate to their potential customers time. I would not call them again.
