Good: I've heard they are making changes to improve the business. i hope for their sake that this is true. They are a laughing stock in Bham's Property management & real estate circles.. Bad: My husband & I are nurses at UAB. We have been tenants with Rudulph through 3 leases. The office staff has always been rude & abrasive. The 20 something working the desk seems more interested in txt'ing than the customer. Half of the time there isn't someone at the desk. They expect us to simply drop our $1,500.00 check in a basket. They don't provide a receipt unless asked & then they act as if we are causing them a major inconvenience. They don't offer any sort of online bill pay.. Improvements: Fire the office staff. Hire people who know how to deal with customers. We are paying them $18,000.00 a year to rent a house and they have continuously treated us like crap..
