My dh and i had lunch together today at Western Sizzlin. It's the only true steak house in Thibodaux, but it's so much more. They serve some killer seafood and the salad bar is the biggest one in Thibodaux, with potato and soup bar being offered also. In fact, they offer the all you can eat bar, with any of the above mentioned items for like 5 bucks.
Their steaks are to die for, in fact, the food servings are so large, dh steak had cooled before he could eat it all. Even when cooled, the steak was just as tender as it was when it came off the grill.
The baked potatoes are huge, and the hasbrowns are to die for. Smothered with onions and bell peppers, it's worth the trip.
Apparently business has picked up for them because ample parking was hard to find, but inside plenty of comfortable seating was avaiable.
Anyone looking for a killer steak or seafood in Thibodaux Western Sizzlin is the place to be.
