This was the WORST customer experience I've EVER had in my life. It really was - I'm NOT exaggerating. On my 4th visit, the guy behind the counter was especially short (didn't wait for me to finish my sentences before interrupting me with the next question). As I was about to leave I stopped and said "You know, I always think I'm going to like coming here because it's neighborhood-y and green, but you're always short with me." He said "Do you want your clothes back?" And I said "No, I just wonder why you're always so short with me - I end up leaving feeling less happy than I was when I came in." He said "The problem is I'm not here to fluff your spirits." I said "I'm not looking to have my spirits fluffed - just some customer service." Then he LITERALLY said "You need to shut the F*CK up." Verbatim - He literally said that! I said "Wow, I wOUld like my clothes back!" and he said "Good!" He gave me half my clothes back and said I needed to get out of there and I said he needed to give my sweaters back. He told me I had to wait outside. Stunned, I went outside and thought for a second while I waited - I was pretty upset and so unhappy with what had just happened. When he came with my sweaters he basically threw them at me! I said "I'm sorry you're so unhappy" and started to walk back to my car. He said "You need to stop --" but I wasn't trying to do anything else - just leave as fast as I could. This was a TRAUMATICALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Telling a customer to "Shut the f*ck up" is just unacceptable. Please DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. more
