Let me first say that Kohl's is a great store! They always have great sales and high quality merchandise. The problem is getting any service at all in the store. If you want something that they keep on a high shelf, you can forget it! If you don't have at least 20 minutes to wait in line, then go elsewhere. However, if you have the time and energy to spend in the store to get low, low prices on high quality merchandise, then definitely visit Kohl's.
