Last week Blind & Sons came out to replace my water heater. I have been using them for 20 years now and their customer service still blows me away. Their electrical division has rewired my whole house and now just currently I had some more plumbing done. Everyone that comes out to my home is very polite and efficient, they even remembered my cats name! Because of their customer service it was an easy decision to renew my contract which just run out. It is refreshing to find a business that is truly interested in the welfare of the customers in terms of safety, finances, and comfort.
