I think Heidi L has Home Instead confused with another business, as Home Instead is not a facility, but provides caregiving in the senior's home, (hence the name, "Home Instead" - instead of in a facility). I have talked with several of the caregivers and clients of Home Instead and find them to be reliable, caring, and well trained.
