After getting an estimate from another shop and being treated like I was in the way. I was expecting to be treated badly. I WAS WRONG. Randy took great care to look my car over carfully and ask questions. Never once treated me like another number and answered every concern that I had with confidence. He even went over the estimate with me and explained each step, making sure that I understood . It was a very easy decision to have R.K. Auto Body do the repairs to our car. It was done quickly and professionally. If we have a need for any future repairs, this is the only place our vehicles will go.
