We decided to close in the Arizona room and make it part of the house while we were installing our new roof. We used Jacob & Company Remodeling to complete the entire job. Not only are they experienced and forth coming with amazing ideas, but they are fast, clean and efficient. My wife is really sensitive to dust and she really feared the remodeling portion of the job. Chris was wonderful, he temporarily installed a heavy plastic barrier between the house and the Arizona room and again at the end of the main house hallway. It really helped to keep the dust out of the main parts of the house and they recommended an Air Duct Cleaning Service after the remodel was complete! We felt very well taken care of and in good hands with Jacob & Company.
The roof is a much lighter and reflective color that the old one and looks great. The addition or enclosure of the Arizona Room is flawless and looks as though it was always part of the house. The extra square footage inside of the house is priceless! You are on our home repair speed dial!!
