Advertised his own pricing over alleged charges of another doctor that he was supposed to cover for during his absence. Felt like in a car dealership. Highly unethical.
First room I was guided into for X-rays featured a patients chair with the cover ripped open. What a first impression ... !
Front desk staff has no empathy or sense of urgency, is not cooperative and just plain provocative. No understanding of the concept of customer service.
IN SUMMARY: Truly the worst dentist experience I have ever had, including US or abroad, including private practice or student health center. I cannot imagine I am the only case of that nature. DO NOT GO THERE !!!
