I picked Dr. Rubin because he wrote the book "Thyroid for Dummies" 3 years ago. He seems to be fine, but I he spends on average 3 minutes with me during my checkups. But, I haven't had any problems so I guess that's enough time. I'd switch to a different doctor, but he's the most conveniently located doctor for me and I haven't found it worth the extra hassle.
