Good: They are very fast and friendly! They have the best prices from all the homework I did and I got five estimates. The install is clean and looks better than the original system that I had in the house.. Bad: There really was no bad part other than having to pay thousands to buy a new air conditioner. But that was inevitable!. Improvements: There was nothing that I was not happy with about my experience with HVAC Orlando.. Other: They were the third HVAC company that I called for an estimate to replace my system that was not working. They were on time and they took the time to educate me about the purchase. A couple of the contractors took the good ole boy approach and talked down to me. They told me to let them be the HVAC expert and not to worry that I was getting taken care of. One of those guys was charging me a thousand more than any other estimate. HVAC Orlando gave me the best price up front without having to negotiate..
