Had a nice talk with the girl on the phone, she was pleasant and recommended to me that I have the locks rekeyed instead of changed completely. The service ended up costing me like 200 bucks, but it was cheaper than new locks, the guy said that would have cost about 80 more. (no thank you) But I am happy with the excellent customer service!
