I have never needed a locksmith before and I was uncomfortable about the whole idea. I called Key Time Locksmiths and they had me relaxed and assured of my decision to call them after a short time. They answered all my questions over the phone. When the tech came out an hour later he took care of my lock issues quickly, I wont feel uncomfortable the next time I need services done!
